Geri offers 15 minute, 30 minute and 1 hour sessions for most of her services. If you would like Geri to read more than one Animal in an Animal reading, she highly recommends booking a longer session.

Animal Communication sessions are held over the phone, or via Zoom. (If you would like to utilize Zoom, please email Geri and let her know.) Geri will call you at the time of your session using the number you used to schedule it. During an Animal Reading Geri first reads you, the human, then moves on to the animal. For a 30 minute reading Geri asks that you bring 1 to 3 questions for the animal. For a 1 hour reading bring 3 to 5. If the Animal Geri is reading is alive, she’ll also do a body scan of the Animal and share with you what the Animal is bringing her attention to.

No. The Animal Geri is reading does not have to be present for her to read him or her. Because she works energetically, the Animal can be anywhere. Or not even alive…

No. The Animal Geri is reading does not have to be your pet. It could be a wild animal hanging around you, the squirrels eating from your bird feeder, the animal you had a particular feeling about at the park. Geri can read any animal you want to learn more about.

Geri usually will not turn down a reading for a lost animal, however, she can NOT guarantee that she will receive any information from a lost animal about their whereabouts. She approaches a lost animal reading like any other. She can only pass on the information she receives from the animal. And, it is important to know that sometimes lost animals do not want to be found.

All Intuitive readings are done via phone or Zoom. If you would like to connect via Zoom, please email the office prior to your session. If a phone reading, Geri will call you on the number you used to schedule your reading at that time.

Geri encourages her clients to bring a journal and pen to record any information they receive during any of their sessions. Sometimes the information you receive in a session doesn’t make sense at the time, but will later. If you’re receiving a 30 minute Animal Reading, bring 1 to 3 questions for the animal, 3 to 5 if it’s a one hour-long reading.

Sessions are scheduled in the Eastern Time Zone of the U.S. and are 30- or 60-minutes long. Geri calls all clients in North America unless another arrangement has been made (such as Zoom or FB Chat). Clients located outside North America must call Geri at their own expense or use Zoom or FB Chat. If you would like to hold your session via Zoom or FB Chat, please let her know a minimum of 72 business hours prior to your session. Please do not use speaker phone due to call quality problems.

If you would like to record your session with Geri, you are responsible for the recording. Please visit a free recording site (Geri recommends FreeConferencingCallHD.com) where you’ll be given a free conference call number and access code. Remember to email us the call-in number and participant access code at least 48-business hours prior to your session. If you are located outside of the US and Canada be sure to provide us with the US number for the call, not the international number you are given at registration. Geri is not responsible for any recording issues. Please call your free conference line several minutes prior to your session and begin recording before Geri comes on the line.

You can schedule a session by visiting the Services section of this site and clicking on the service you’d like to purchase, or by clicking any of the “Schedule an Appointment” buttons you see on our site. You’ll then be taken to the booking page where you can book and pay for your session.

Payment for all sessions is due prior to the actual session. You can schedule and pay for a session by visiting the Pricing section of this site. Simply click on the Service you want and you’ll be taken to Geri’s booking site.

To change an existing appointment, please call the office at 910-616-4391. Geri has a strict 48 business-hour change policy. At that time, a session can be re-booked to a new date within 3 months of the first reservation providing you adhere to the 48 business hour change policy. A session may not be rescheduled more than two times.

To cancel an existing appointment, please call the office at 910-616-4391. Geri has a strict 48 business-hour cancellation policy. You will be refunded the session fee minus 20% as long as you adhered to the 48 business-hour cancellation policy. If you canceled outside of these guidelines, you will forfeit the entire session fee.

NO REFUNDS will be granted for canceled or missed appointments. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. Please do not book and pay for an appointment if you do NOT intend to keep it.

Not being available for a scheduled appointment forfeits the appointment. NO REFUND WILL BE GRANTED. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

Geri reserves the right NOT to offer appointments to certain individuals. ONLY in this situation will a full refund be returned to the purchaser.

Please understand that not showing for an appointment affects valuable appointment time, and is not fair to other clients who want an appointment
