(Addendum to this post: As I say below, by the time you read this I SHOULD have been coming home from an AMAZING weekend of study. Unfortunately, the powers that be didn’t like that plan and I never made it to the event. Trust me, I’ll write more about that in my next post. BUT, the gist of this post still totally tracks so read on….)
Several months ago a friend and fellow Medium texted me with a link to a weekend long Advanced Mediumship class taught by our Mentor/Coach Joe Shiel (www.shielarts.com) and Psychic Medium John Holland (www.johnholland.com). I glanced at the text, clicked on the link, and within about an hour had signed up, booked my flight, and gotten us a hotel room. That weekend starts tomorrow. Actually, by the time you’re reading this, I’ll be on my way home from the class. And here’s the thing. I already know it was amazing….and not because I’m psychic.
You know how sometimes you find something and you think instantly, ‘Yep. That’s it.’ It could be a career path, a house you’re about to purchase, or even your partner. I know it was that way when I met the hubby. It was that way when I found the house we’re living in. It’s kind of a ‘no muss, no fuss’ feeling. It just feels right. It just feels solid. And you just know that’s what you’re supposed to do, or buy, or who you’re supposed to be with. It’s kind of that way with all things psychic and mediumistic with me. So again, when my friend said, ‘Hey, what do you think?’ I was like, ‘I think yes.’
Today we recorded another episode of our Psychic Wives (www.thepsychicwives.com) podcast. In this episode, fellow ‘wife’ Ginger (www.gingerhendry.com) talked about The Akashic Records and Soul Realignment and how those modalities help her clients. And as we were talking together, you could just SEE Ginger light up. She was so in to it. And it was so obvious this was her path. THIS was the thing that Ginger was supposed to be doing. And it really just made me laugh and think. I’m laughing because it feels amazing to find that thing you love, that thing you were meant to do. When I talk about my Animal Communication readings or my Psychic or Mediumship readings, I light up. I could talk about this stuff for hours. Hell, days! And I’m laughing because I turn 56 in like two weeks and I’m finally where I need to be.
You always see commercials or whatever on TV about people retiring from their ‘careers’ and THEN deciding to do the things they’ve always wanted to do. I’m fortunate in that I’ve finally found the thing I’ve always wanted to do and it is my career. So my question for you today is,
Are you doing what you’re supposed to be doing?
If you’re not doing that thing that you just know beyond a shadow of a doubt that you should be doing, that thing that makes you light up, that thing you could talk about for days…why not?
