Just dance, dance, dance…

So, many of you I’m sure watched the Super Bowl last night. And while the game itself was great, in my opinion, so was the Halftime celebration. There’s always been something about Justin Timberlake that makes me smile. Last night I figured it out. JT is just a really happy guy. No matter where I see him—on SNL, with Jimmy Fallon, at an awards show—the guy is having the time of his life. He’s smiling. He’s laughing. He’s dancing. He’s just happy and in the moment. And when I see people like that, I get happy too.
Not surprising, the Abraham-Hicks quote yesterday was this:

“We are really advocates of just getting as happy as you can be—which takes care of everything. Even if you don’t have reason to be happy—make it up. Fantasize it. Make a decision that you’re going to be happy one way or another—no matter what.”

We had dinner with great friends the other night and we were talking about how I and my bestie don’t watch the news. We don’t. We don’t watch any of the news shows because there’s rarely anything good on them. Never do you wake up in the morning to a news program and hear, “Today is going to be awesome and we should all be so psyched to be alive today! Go out and smell the fresh air!” It’s usually quite the opposite. While some people think that’s us putting our heads in the sand and not being informed, I think it’s us doing everything we can to get as happy as we can.
It’s just basic Law of Attraction…‘That which is like onto itself is drawn.’ In other words, you get what you give. Thoughts become things. You create with your beliefs. As my Justin Timberlake ringtone says… “I can’t stop the feelin’ so just dance, dance, dance….” If you’re not dancing, give it a try.
And watch your life completely change.
